Descalate

Privacy Policy

Descalate is pre-launch. Our full privacy policy will be published when the Chrome extension is available in the Chrome Web Store.

Our commitment

Descalate is designed to read customer support ticket text in your browser and send it to an AI model for sentiment analysis and coaching. The analysis result is returned to your screen. We do not store the content of your tickets on our servers.

Waitlist signups

If you join our waitlist, we store your email address so we can email you when Descalate launches. We will not share your email with third parties or use it for marketing beyond the launch announcement.
